Created for both pork and beef! For brisket, mix 3 Tbl of injection, 1 Tbl 180 Brisket rub (run through coffee grinder), 1/2 Tbl beef paste with 16oz of spring water. Heat on a stove to dissolve. For pork, do the same as above but use 1 Tbl Classic BBQ Blend and no beef paste. Refrigerate the injection mixture until ready for competition.
