We had a small canister of ghost pepper powder that we loved but can no longer find in stores. We gave this “wing dust” a shot and are very happy with it. We were concerned it would mostly be filler or would taste to bar-b-que-y, but it’s a great replacement for our old ghost pepper seasoning. We’ve already purchased some for friends and will purchase again for ourselves when this bag runs out.
