It has great flavour maybe a little too salty when used with the brisket injection they sell but I’d definitely use some again just need a little change to the recipe for the salt.
Second brisket I’ve cooked. I cooked the brisket Hot and fast (Kamodo Joe Classic) and boy did this mop come in handy. The juices afterward from the brisket were off the chain.
We used this mop at 2 different contests and walked both times…Once was 1st place!!! A must have for brisket!!
Kosmos Q Brisket Mop is the bomb! If you aren’t using this when you wrap your brisket or large cut of beef, you just missed the train to Flavorville, USA.
This is the best product for serious brisket cooks. No mixing a bunch of spices and marinades together. Just open the bottle and blend with your favorite beer and you have plenty wrap for a couple cooks or more! Flavor packed!
