Great mix. Only use half the Butter Bath at a time. Some simple math required. But it made my ribs extremely juicy and flavourful
Great on pork or anything for that matter. I like many many different rubs but I feel Heath Riles makes great products. Make sure to get these from Heath’s line:
Garlic Jalapeno Rub, Garlic Butter Rub, Sweet BBQ Rub, Pecan Rub, Honey Rub, Beef Rub, Honey Chipotle Rub, Butter Bath & Wrap, Pork Injection.
There is nothing not to like… when used as instructed it will deliver a better taste to the final results of a properly prepared and slow cooked pork ribs… baby backs and St Louis. You get a more tender and tasty (just a subtle difference but worth it) finished product. I’ve even used it on a Boston Butt and it added a WOW factor I never had before. Great product and I have already stocked up on it for my future cooks. Do I recommend it? Definitely!
