Description
Injecting chicken is an easier way to get a deep natural flavour and moisture retention without the mess of soaking in a brine. Pinpoint flavour right where the judges taste it. It also helps against over cooking small pieces where the window of over doneness and drying starts. Butcher BBQ have been able to get you the all moistness and flavour in a bag that anyone can use. Mix ? cup of Bird Booster with 2 cups of water. Use a kitchen injector and inject throughout the white meat or dark meat. Be sure to get it all the way to the bone. While injecting, be sure to move the needle around the meat. This amount of product will do 10 pounds of meat.

This stuff is amazing. Hadn’t ever injected before but I had a last minute competition that called for chicken. (I normally only do ribs and brisket) so I last minute ordered it, delivered it in 1 day and I prepped the night before. Long story short. I placed 5th in chicken, 1st in ribs and overall Grand Peoples Choice 1st Place. This stuff adds soo much juiciness without overbearing flavour. I am now going to be a repeat customer.

Great product! Hands down the best turkey I’ve had. This kept the turkey extremely moist.

It’s ok but, I’ve used chicken broth, parkay, apple juice and a little of my rub with like results. Rub is just garlic powder , powder sea salt, curry, paprika, powder onion & cumin. No secret there.
