It says it’s a rub but I really think it is one of the best seasonings to use on everything. We use it in the kitchen almost every day. It’s a little sweet and the bacon jalapeno flavour isn’t overpowering like other spices. I got the smaller bottle first to try out and now we order 6 of the big bottles at a time.
It really is the truth that this rub can be used on everything. I use it on my omelettes in the morning, and my stir frys at night. Awesome flavour and a time saver in the kitchen.
Used this mixed with some cream cheese on bacon-wrapped stuffed Jalapeno’s (also dusted the bacon). AMAZING!!!
This rub is really good for BBQ and in the kitchen on eggs and potatoes. It’s not that spicy even though it has jalapeno in it. I have tried other BPS BBQ rubs and this is one of my favorites.
