Desert Gold really adds a pop of flavour to everything. It’s great on chicken, fish and soups. A must have in any spice cabinet.
I love the Desert Gold to CAKE on a picnic shoulder uncovered in the oven at 110 deg C for the whole day. Sliced, not shredded or pulled Pork. Has a familiar but different flavour, perfect for a Wed night dinner at home with VERY little preparation (1 jar of Desert Gold and 1 Picnic Shoulder on a pan).

Desert Gold rub is fantastic on lots of items, but I especially love it on grilled veggies. When I’m not in the classroom, I teach my students how to grill. I put this on vegetables and the kids and I love it.
As others have noted, this is good on a lot of things including salad. It will wake up your salad in a heart beat.
