I typically love this rub but this shipment that I just received was almost layered. It wasn’t mixed well before shipping. I tried to shake but ended up having to pour it out in a large bowl and mix it. I believe this jug is made up with at least 50% sea salt. I would have never known until I got this batch. I do believe after seeing this, I will just go back to making my own. I keep tons of sea salt.
The flavour is amazing and perfect on everything we grill
